As you are aware October 1, 2019, the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) will be implemented for Medicare Part A stays. Leadership and organization are key to successful implementation of PDPM.

GNYHCFA is pleased to offer Leadership staff a seminar to assist Owners, Operators, Administrators and Directors of Nursing to effectively operationalize PDPM.
