The Long Term Care Industry in New York State is heavily unionized, and labor relations often plays a major role in the smooth operation of facilities. GNYHCFA's legal staff works with facilities to insure a positive working environment that encourages quality care and pleasant surroundings for residents, staff and management. BelletRepresentation as to the effectuation of payout arrangements to the Union Pension and Welfare Funds
